Destination Weddings

We are proud to offer our full services to  “Destination Wedding” clients. We are ready to cover your event anywhere on the planet.

According to JoAnn Gregoli, a wedding planner with Elegant Occasions Event Planning, there are two vendors you should bring with you, rather than use what’s available at your destination: your consultant, and your photographer. (Read the entire article here on TheKnot.com).

We agree… you’ll want someone who you can work with on a personal level, versus someone local to the event, whom you probably will never see again.

To commission us for your Destination Wedding requires at least 90 days advance notice, and all pricing is custom quoted. However, in general, here is how we configure this type of engagement.

- Client pays travel, lodging, and expenses for our crew (three persons: 2 photographers and 1 assistant)
- Client pays our standard retainer/booking fee for photographic services for the entire day
- Client receives credit towards products (Albums, Prints)
- We will travel to the event at least one day prior to your event
- On arrival, we will meet with you the day before the event
- We will depart the location no sooner than the following day

Additionally we provide, at your option:

- Online ordering of prints (choose from full service finished prints, including retouching, color correction, and mounting if applicable, or just proof-quality)
- Online viewing of your album
- Mini replicas of your album, great gifts for attendants or guests who can’t be there on your day
- Images and © release on CD/DVD after ordering period expires
